1. Program Overview The TrimBody M.D. Referral Program (“The Program”) rewards existing patients (“Referrers”) for introducing new clients (“Referees”) to our clinics. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Referrer: You must be an active patient of TrimBody M.D. with a valid profile in our Zenoti system.

• Referee (New Patient): The referred individual must be a new client who has never received medical or aesthetic services at any TrimBody M.D. location. Returning patients or those who have previously completed a consultation (even if no purchase was made) are not eligible.

3. The Reward Structure
• For the Referee (New Patient): You will receive a $100.00 Discount applied to your first qualifying Weight Loss Program purchase.

• For the Referrer (Existing Patient): Once the Referee completes their first qualifying purchase, a $100.00 Promotional Credit (issued as a Zenoti Gift Card) will be applied to your account for use on your next renewal or service.

4. Qualifying Services (Strictly Enforced) The $100 Discount and Referrer Credit apply exclusively to specific Weight Loss Programs.
• Eligible Purchases: The discount is valid only for the following monthly or bulk packages:
    ◦ Semaglutide Programs: Monthly Packages (e.g., “Semaglutide 1 Month”) or Bulk Renewals (e.g., “Semaglutide 3 Months”
    ◦ Tirzepatide Programs: Monthly Packages (e.g., “Tirzepatide 1 Month”) or Bulk Renewals (e.g., “Tirzepatide 3 Month”)
• Excluded Services: The referral discount cannot be applied to:
    ◦ Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Testosterone Therapy, Bio-Identical Hormones, or HRT Labs
    ◦ Aesthetic Services: Botox, Fillers, Morpheus8, Laser Hair Removal, or Facials.
    ◦ Wellness Services: IV Therapy, Glutathione, or B12/MIC injections purchased individually
    ◦ Products: Retail supplements (e.g., LMNT packets, Biotin).
5. Restrictions & Non-Combinable Offers
• No Stacking: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, seasonal special, or third-party voucher.

• Groupon Exclusion: New patients redeeming a Groupon (e.g., “Groupon Super Shot 12 Week” or “4 Week”) are not eligible for the $100 Referral Discount, and no credit will be issued to the referrer,. The Referral Program is designed for direct-pay patients only.

6. Credit Redemption & Expiration
• No Cash Value: Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or refund.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are valid only for the account holder and cannot be transferred to another patient.
• Expiration: Promotional credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
7. Right to Modify or Cancel TrimBody M.D. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Liability Limit: In the event of Program termination, unredeemed credits already issued to Referrers will remain valid until their expiration date. TrimBody M.D. assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, Zenoti system errors, or lost referral codes.

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to void credits and disqualify participants if we suspect abuse (e.g., self-referrals, referring members of the same household solely to generate credits, or creating duplicate profiles).

8. Final Decision All decisions regarding credit eligibility and redemption are at the sole discretion of TrimBody M.D. management. Our internal sales records will be the final authority in determining whether a referral has been successfully completed.
